User Service Terms and Privacy Agreement

1. User Service Terms

Important Notice:

This agreement is a legal agreement between you (an individual or a single entity) and the developer of this application regarding the provision of related services by the developer to you. We would like to remind you that if you wish to use the relevant services, you must carefully read each clause in these service terms in advance, including exemption clauses that exempt or limit developer responsibilities and limitations on user rights. 1. This application and service are developed by developers and are protected by international copyright treaties and other intellectual property laws and treaties.

2. Users may use the application and enjoy services in accordance with this agreement, subject to compliance with laws and these terms, but they have no right to engage in any of the following behaviors, including but not limited to:

• 2.1 Delete all copyright related information and content on the application and other copies;
• 2.2 Reverse engineering, reverse assembly, and reverse compilation of applications;
• 2.3 For relevant information in the application, without the written consent of the developer, users shall not engage in the following behaviors without authorization, including but not limited to: use, copy, modify, link, reprint, assemble, publish, establish mirror sites, and develop derivative products and works related to the software without authorization.
• 2.4 Using applications and services to publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that endangers national security, national unity, and social stability, or insulting, defaming, pornographic, violent, causing anxiety to others, and any content that violates national laws, regulations, and policies.
• 2.5 Utilize the publication, transmission, dissemination, and storage of content that infringes upon the legitimate rights of others such as intellectual property and trade secrets.
• 2.6 Engage in any behavior that endangers computer network security, including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts; Unauthorized access to public computer networks or other people's computer systems and deletion, modification, or addition of stored information; Attempting to explore, scan, test vulnerabilities in the software system or network without permission, or engaging in other behaviors that disrupt network security; Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the software system or website, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, and other behaviors that disrupt and interfere with normal network information services; Forgery of TCP/IP packet names or partial names.

3. Users must understand that the use of this service product involves Internet services and may be affected by unstable factors in various links. Therefore, there are risks of service interruption or failure to meet user requirements caused by force majeure, computer virus or hacker attacks, system instability, user location, user shutdown, and any other technology, Internet, communication line reasons.

4. Users must understand that there is a risk of anonymous or impersonated information, including threatening, defamatory, offensive, or illegal content or behavior, or infringement of the rights of others (including intellectual property), from any other person when using this service product. Users must bear the above risks, and developers do not make any type of guarantee for the service, whether explicit or implicit, including all implied warranties and conditions related to the authenticity, commercial suitability, suitability for a specific purpose, ownership, and non infringement of the information. They are not responsible for any direct, indirect, accidental, special, and subsequent damages caused by the user's improper or illegal use of the service.

5. The use of this service must comply with relevant national laws and policies, safeguard national interests, protect national security, and comply with this clause. The user shall be fully responsible for all liabilities arising from the user's illegal or violation of this agreement (including but not limited to speech expression, transmission, etc.).

6. Respecting the privacy of user's personal privacy information is the principle of this application and service. Developers will take reasonable measures to protect user's personal privacy information. Unless required by law or authorized government departments or with the user's consent, the user's personal privacy information shall not be disclosed to third parties without the user's consent.

7. In particular, users should be reminded that the use of the Internet must comply with relevant national policies and laws, such as the Criminal Law, the National Security Law, the Confidentiality Law, and the Regulations on the Security Protection of Computer Information Systems, so as to protect national interests and national security. 7.1 Users are not allowed to use this application and services to send or disseminate any information that obstructs social security or is illegal, false, harassing, insulting, threatening, harmful, destructive, provocative, obscene, or pornographic.

Developers who exercise these rights are not responsible or liable for any compensation to you or any third party.
